Job Title: Late shift team leader (multiple positions available)

Location: Dunton, Essex

Reporting to: Shift Supervisor

Experience: Experience within the cleaning industry will be advantageous, although training will be provided.

Hours of work: 17.5 hours per week
Monday to Friday 18:00 to 21:30
Overtime hours are occasionally available.

Principle Function
To lead a team within a shift of Janitors whilst carrying out the same task function as those you are required to lead.

Create, by way of personal example and forward planning, the efficient use of the time and resources available.
Ensure that a can do culture is developed and maintained.
Ensure front line disciplines are adhered to.
Ensure that all tasks are carried out in compliance with company
Health & Safety requirements.
Assist the Manager in staff training and disciplinary processes.
To adopt the role of supervisor with shift wide responsibility on those occasions when the Manager is not in site attendance.

Payment: This is an hourly paid role requiring the use of a clocking machine.
£13.12 per hour.
